Okay, so this one is fairly terrifying. I’m going to throw it out there and utterly fail. The one consolation is that I have a feeling that I won’t be the only one.
- Prioritize reading or listening to books that I already own.
- Next priority is reading challenge books.
- Turn out two reviews every week.
- Do a better job of keeping up with remembrance days, commemorative months, and general feminist news in order to post about relevant books.
- Get more involved in the things I read about.
- Read more poetry.
- Keep up with other bloggers better and make an appearance on Litsy every once and a while again.
- Take my son to the library more.
- Find a little free library to contribute to.
- Work on writing a book.
Yep. It’s overwhelming already.
Make sure to get over to the Top Ten Tuesday’s new home and check out the other lists of Bookish Resolutions at the Artsy Reader Girl!
This is a great list! SAME about trying to post two reviews a week. Also, I just rearranged the apps on my phone so Litsy is in a more prominent place and I’ll hopefully use it more.

Thanks! I was on it daily for a little while but I changed jobs and hardly got a chance for a break. It’s good for work but bad for my Litsy life.

I don’t think it’s a good list until it’s overwhelming. 🙂 Nice list and I hope that you accomplish all your goals.

Thanks! I’ve been hit or miss in the past and I hate it. I want to be able to honor everyone and it was just not working out. My reading is catching up, though, and I’ve been able to plan better this year. We’ll see what happens. I just want every month to go as smoothly as last WIT Month.

I love seeing how these goals for the new year are similar for so many bloggers. Reading books I already own is something I would love to do and seeing other bloggers struggling with it kind of makes me feel better. It also gives us a chance to cheer each other on which is always helpful. Best of luck with all your goals!

I’d love to make challenge books my reading priority. Unfortunately, usually, as soon as I put a book on a list, I don’t feel like reading it anymore. But maybe this year, I’ll do better. 🙂

That’s funny. My problem has been coming down go the wire on the books I chose earlier and knowing I’ve already read others that meet the challenge. So this year I didn’t put out a list and will just work on it as I go. Good luck with yours!
